Credit Card Security and Privacy
The private information required for executing the order placed through the Luck and Lemons Website, namely your personal information, credit card details, delivery address and contact number(s) will be kept in the strictest confidence and not sold or made known to third parties except insofar as is required for executing your order or as permitted by law.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Luck and Lemons by PayFast (Pty) Ltd (“PayFast”). PayFast uses the strictest encryption; go to https://www.payfast.co.za/ to view their security certificate and security policy.

No credit card details are stored on the Luck and Lemons Website and will be kept separate from other Customer information.

Warrenty
To the extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Luck and Lemons offers a Lifetime Guarantee on all our original products. All Luck and Lemons Cabana Shades come with a certified lifetime product warranty, for the useful life of the product.

Our Luck and Lemons Promise applies only to manufacturing defects, which includes stitching, zippers, faulty fittings and snapped or broken poles.

Should you have any of these issues, we will help facilitate the return - our standard local shipping fee applies in order to repair the Cabana at our factory based in Cape Town. Once at our factory, the Cabana will be repaired free of charge.

Improper use, stains to your Cabana, fire exposure or torn fabric will not be covered under this warrenty. Please see our "care guide" for details on how to get the most out of your Cabana cover and frame.

 

Cancellations
An order is cancelled once you have notified Luck and Lemons and have received our confirmation of receipt of your cancellation notice.

If you have already paid for your order and have not yet received an email notifying that your order has already been shipped, you can email us at info@luckandlemons.co.za so we can cancel the order for you.

If you have already paid for your order and have also received an email notifying you that your order has already been shipped, then we reserve the right to charge a deduction rate equal to 10% of the purchase retail price for administration expenses.

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing the order.

We reserve the right to debit your payment card for the delivery fees and or transaction fees in respect of any late cancellations, in addition to the charge.
